QualityIt is the policy of Amar Autotech to establish and implement strategic controls and goals that will ensure continuous improvement of satisfaction for all customers. To this end Senior Management will set goals (at annual and intermediate reviews) on Quality, Delivery, Cost and Customer Perception.This policy is supported by Amar Autotech Senior Management, who will provide direction, and support to ensure policy effectiveness. In accordance with the standards and requirements laid down in BSI ISO 9001-2000, TS16949. In order to ensure that this policy and objectives are maintained Amar Autotech will undertake planned audits of all processes and systems reporting any non-conformances to Senior Management. It is the responsibility of all employees to actively participate in attaining the Management goals for Quality, Delivery and Cost and hence Customer Satisfaction |
